Always prime before applying wallpaper
We strongly recommend priming any wall before applying wallpaper Primer makes an ideal and uniform surface for your wallpaper to stick to, and is also an important part of making the wallpaper removal process easier. Repairing a small tear in your new wallpaper
You can fix a tear in your new wallpaper and if you it right one can hardly tell there was a tear. Smooth the torn piece, glue it back into place. Use a small brush to apply paste to the piece, re-affix it firmly to the wall with a smoother and wipe away any extra glue with a damp sponge. If you don’t have the original piece, or it is too damaged to replace, don’t worry, you can still repair your torn wallpaper. As long as you have some of the wallpaper to use as a patch, you should be able to fix the tear. Trim off any loose bits of wallpaper from the damaged area with a utility knife. Cut out a piece of the new paper that is larger than the hole or tear you are trying to cover, where the pattern exactly matches the area you are trying to repair. Line the patch wallpaper over the damaged area and cut out a shape that is larger than the torn area, cutting through your patch piece and the wallpaper underneath.

Bolts and double rolls are interchangeable, this is because wallpapers are packaged in bolts, and therefore it must be sold in this increments. Because of the if you order 10 rolls of wallpapers you must expect to receive 5 bolts when you receive your order.
To avoid seeing white seams when you hang your wallpaper
Most paper with dark background exposes seams and you see the wall behind the paper or seeing the white edge of the paper. Most common way to fix this is to get seamsRight to correct the problem
The width of your border will be shorter the piece you just hang.
This is because most wallpaper borders expand when it is submerged in water and when they dry it contact. When you compare a wet border with a dry one you can tell the difference.
Why you should or should not use additional paste on the back of wallpaper
If you prepare your wall with wall paper primer, additional paste is not necessary. Adding additional paste would make it difficult to remove the wallpaper in the future if you decide to replace that wallpaper.
However, some people would still prefer extra paste, especially in bathrooms where the wallpaper is expose to moisture. Having the extra paste helps, make sure to spread the paste evenly.
